FRC Books $881M in State Department Contracts for SaaS, Hardware, Technical & Functional Support

Federal Resources Corp. has secured three five-year contracts worth approximately $881.4 million combined to provide technical and functional support services, hardware and software as a service for the State Department’s Bureau of Global Public Affairs and Bureau of Global Talent Management.

FRC said Tuesday it will help the two bureaus modernize their communications and marketing platforms through the contracts, including assisting GPA in communicating U.S. foreign policy priorities and diplomacy to American audiences.

FRC CEO Jeremy Young said the company will help GPA streamline governance processes, improve external outreach and interoffice coordination, incorporate data-driven insights into foreign policy communications and implement digital tools and other emerging capabilities.

The first contract is valued at $378 million and the second is worth $382 million.

The third contract is worth $121 million and covers software, hardware, all-personnel equipment, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and related services in support of GTM’s recruitment efforts.

FRC said it will support the State Department by leveraging its capabilities in systems modernization, cloud computing, security, optimization, procurement and operations support.
