J. Kevin Reid, former assistant director of FBI‘s IT infrastructure division, has joined KeyLogic Systems as its new national security vice president and chief information officer.
KeyLogic said Tuesday Reid will be responsible for the company’s national security practice that works to provide clients with strategic information technology and support services.
“Kevin combines a proven record as a leader, with a clear understanding of the challenges facing the nations defense and security community, ” said Jon Hammock, KeyLogic president and CEO.
Reid is an IT and Intelligence Community veteran with more than 3o years of experience that also covers other fields such as engineering, financial and program management, biometrics, cloud and cyber services.
He held a number of senior executive positions within FBI, including as IT applications and data division assistant director, and managed a number of business and IT programs.
Reid has received FBI Assistant Directors awards for overall excellence and excellence in management and leadership as well as Government Computer News and Computer World industry awards.
