Duncan Greene
Duncan Greene, former vice president and general manager of the space intelligence business at BAE Systems Inc., has been appointed president of Akima‘s mission systems, engineering and technology group.
He will oversee a multi-business portfolio covering information technology, mission support and analytical support services for the federal civilian, defense and intelligence sectors, Akima said Wednesday.
Greene previously held an 18-year career at BAE’s U.S. subsidiary and worked for the CIA as an intelligence officer. Earlier in his career, he was a reconnaissance Marine who specialized in counterterrorism strategies and tactics.
“Duncan brings an excellent record of growth and experience managing diverse businesses that serve the whole of the federal government market,” said Bill Monet, Akima president and CEO and a 2020 Wash100 Award inductee.
