Dyess will help drive growth and strategic partnerships to support the mission needs of D&Z’s U.S. defense and government customers.
Prior to joining D&Z, Dyess led Northrop’s government relations strategy for the U.S. Army and the Missile Defense Agency for five years.
Dyess was with the government and military before transitioning to the industry. He served as acting director of the Army Capability Integration Center at Fort Eustis in Virginia from 2015 to 2018.
He concurrently serves as chairman of the board of directors at Marshall Legacy Institute and the Virginia War Memorial Foundation.
