Curtiss-Wright (NYSE: CW) has concluded its $233 million cash acquisition of Teletronics Technology Corp. as part of efforts to expand data acquisition technology offerings and geographic footprint.
Newtown, Pennsylvania-based TTC will integrate into Curtiss-Wright’s defense segment and continue to offer high-technology data acquisition and flight test instrumentation systems across the aerospace defense market, Curtiss-Wright said Wednesday.
David Adams, Curtiss-Wright president and CEO, said last month the deal aligns with the company’s acquisition strategy and long-term financial objectives.
TTC develops data analysis units, ground station analysis tools, receivers, sensors and transmitters intended to help customers analyze aircraft and munitions parameters for test flights.
Curtiss-Wright expects the transaction to be accretive to its 2017 earnings per share.
