CMS Hands Down $2B Provider Enrollment & Oversight IDIQ

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has awarded 14 companies positions on a potential $2B indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide enrollment and screening support to help CMS detect and prevent fraud, abuse and waste in Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Contractors should provide personnel, material, facilities, equipment and all the necessary services under the Provider Enrollment and Oversight multiple-award, IDIQ contract, according to a solicitation notice.

The PEO IDIQ contract’s performance requirements include site verification services, fingerprint services, provider enrollment appeals and rebuttals, national provider enrollment services, durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies license verification services and provider enrollment data analysis and accreditation services, according to the statement of work.

The contract has a five-year base term and CMS may exercise an optional ordering period of five years. The agency will obligate a minimum guarantee of $10K to each contractor.

The awardees are:
