Craig College, Shawn Gundrum, Janice Lambert Take New EVP Roles at Calibre

Calibre Systems has promoted three executives to executive vice president roles as part of leadership changes in support of the company™s strategic transformation efforts.

Craig College, formerly senior vice president of strategy development at Calibre, will serve as EVP and chief strategy officer at the Alexandria, Virginia-based employee-owned information technology and management consulting firm, Calibre said Tuesday.

College, a 34-year government sector veteran, will oversee industry analysis and strategy development for client development, cost management and service offerings.

Shawn Gundrum, formerly VP of training, infrastructure and environment division at Calibre, will assume the roles of EVP and chief operations officer to manage the firm™s four operating divisions as well as the implementation of sales and service delivery efforts.

Gundrum is a former U.S. Army officer who joined Calibre in 2009 as a program manager.

Janice Lambert, formerly VP and assistant treasurer, will serve as EVP and chief financial officer with responsibilities in the areas of accounting, strategic financial planning, employee stock ownership plans and capital structure.

Lambert spent nearly two decades in the federal government, where she held CFO roles at the FBI, Internal Revenue Service and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
