Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) has won a potential five-year, $91.5 million contract to advise and assist the Missile Defense Agency on the cybersecurity management and computer network defense of the Ballistic Missile Defense System.
The Defense Departmentsaid Tuesday Booz Allen will help MDA acquire, manage and operate information technology assets in accordance with goals and requirements established by the MDA director and DoD.
Work will primarily occur in Colorado Springs, Colorado; Fort Belvoir and the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, Virginia; Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts; Kirkland AFB, New Mexico; Redstone Arsenal, Alabama; and Vandenberg AFB, California.
MDA received two proposals for the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract and will obligate $2.1 million in fiscal year 2017 research, development, test and evaluation funds at the time of award.
The Pentagon expects Booz Allen to complete work in August 2022.
