An industry team led by Boeing (NYSE: BA) has secured a three-year, $265.2M contract modification from the Missile Defense Agency to modernize communications equipment for the ground-based midcourse missile defense system.
Boeing, L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX) and Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) will work to update the GMD communications network and in-flight interceptor communications system data terminals, the Department of Defense said Friday.
