The acquired business offers its virtual and constructive simulation products to military forces in more than 60 countries. Prior to the transaction, the two companies worked on a couple of military projects such as the development of a wargaming and analysis center for the U.S. Marine Corps in 2019.
Tom Arseneault, president and CEO of BAE’s U.S. subsidiary and a two-time Wash100 Award winner, said the addition of BISim positions the company to meet the evolving demand for global military training platforms and deliver virtual systems to the U.S. military and its partners.
