B&A-Idemia NSS Partnership Aims to Offer Identity Services in Federal Market; Jonathan Evans, Scott Swann Quoted

Information technology systems integrator B&A has entered into a strategic partnership with Idemia National Security Solutions to bring identity management and authentication service offerings to the U.S. federal criminal justice market.

B&A said Monday it will combine the McLean, Va.-based company's more than three decades of innovation and application development experience with Idemia NSS' identity platform in a push to help federal customers modernize mission-critical systems.

NSS is the France-based augmented identity and biometric systems developer's Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence-mitigated arm that provides support to U.S. national security programs through its Top-Secret facility clearance.

“The introduction of NSS’s trusted multi-modal biometric systems will increase ease and maintain security for our valued customers. We are excited to see this partnership will grow,” said Jonathan Evans, president and CEO of B&A.

Scott Swann, CEO of NSS, said the partnership seeks to deliver an integrated platform meant to help secure the federal criminal justice system.

B&A primarily offers service offerings in the areas of modernization and transformation, integration and analytics, operations and enablement, and human capital management.
