Joint Technical Solutions, a joint venture between Astrion and AI Signal Research Inc., has secured a five-year, $910 million contract to provide test and engineering services for the U.S. Army’s Redstone Test Center.
JTS will provide test and evaluation support in areas such as missile and aviation to ensure the safety of new combat weapon system capabilities, Astrion said Thursday.
“Leveraging our over 30-year legacy of assisting the U.S. Army, we provide our customers with guidance on new defense and technology issues to get ready for what’s ahead,” said Dave Zolet, CEO of Astrion and a four-time Wash100 awardee.
Matt Matoushek, executive vice president and general manager of the Army at Astrion, said the companies’ joint efforts are critical to supporting the service branch’s mission readiness through the Redstone Test Center.
