Andrew McClenahan
Andrew McClenahan, a 24-year public service veteran, has joined the federal government solutions team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
He will work with government agencies and systems integrators on matters related to operations and data architecture to help the company manage integrity and efficiency of programs, LexisNexis Risk Solutions said Thursday.
McClenahan previously served as director of the Office of Public Benefits Integrity at the Florida Department of Children and Families and managed the office’s fraud investigation efforts across public assistance programs such as Medicaid.
He also spent more than a decade at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, where he held leadership roles such as law enforcement captain within its Office of the Inspector General. He also worked at the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the Tallahassee Police Department.
At a time when verifying identity has gotten significantly more dynamic and challenging, Andrews considerable expertise in serving both health and human services and law enforcement agencies makes him uniquely qualified, said Haywood Talcove, CEO, Government, LexisNexis Risk Solutions and LexisNexis Special Services.
Talcove added that McClenahans experience in technical, investigative, policy development, multi-agency task force service will offer insights into security and data exchange requirements.
