In a LinkedIn post published Thursday, Astrion said Donley brings to the defense and space technology services provider over two decades of experience overseeing billion-dollar portfolios and global teams as well as expertise in supply chain management, contracts and regulatory compliance.
According to her LinkedIn profile, she will lead Astrion’s global contracting and operations, overseeing all aspects of contract lifecycle management while ensuring compliance and optimizing contract customer relationships. She will also be responsible for finding efficiencies in the company’s procurement initiatives and play a key role in advancing integration with Axient.
Before Astrion, Donley was vice president of contracts and procurement at Abt Global.
Her industry career included time as VP of global supply chain at Booz Allen Hamilton, VP of contracts and pricing at ICF and senior director of contracts and subcontracts at TASC.
The executive spent five years at Northrop Grumman, where she held various positions including division director of supply chain and director of contracts.
