Bethesda based IT consulting service provider, Digital Management Inc. has retained former National Institutes of Health executive Timothy Hays to lead its new Health-care IT practice. Â With only about 8% of the nation’s hospitals and 17% of physicians utilizing computerized record-keeping systems, the company hopes to position itself to find opportunities to provide services required by the $23 billion allocated to this sector in President Obama’s February stimulus package.
