The command intends to identify all domestic and international businesses that could provide the technology prior to conducting a foreign comparative test, according to an Aug. 19 FedBizOpps notice.
USSOCOM wants interested businesses to propose a non-developmental, multi-frequency, simultaneous over-broadcast system that has demonstrated a technology readiness level of eight or higher.
Responses to the request for information are due at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time on Sept. 20.
