Customers include the government, industrial, scientific and consumer electronics sectors.
The company employs about 30 staff members and is based at Research Triangle Park, N.C.
This transaction occurred close to a month after Booz Allen announced the closure of its $154 million acquisition of ARINC’s defense systems engineering and support business, bringing in nearly 1, 000 employees.
