In her new role, CTC said Wednesday Kennedy will head the company’s digital mission solutions organization and help advance growth initiatives and delivery of new capabilities to customers.
Christopher Hamilton, president and CEO of CTC, said Kennedy’s leadership background, customer orientation and dedication to people will benefit the company.
“I’ve had the opportunity to work with Marion in the past, and I’m excited to welcome her to CTC. I know the perspective and energy she brings will strengthen our Digital Mission Solutions organization and help us continue creating value for our customers and their missions,” said Hamilton, who took the helm of CTC in June.
Who Is Marion Kennedy?
Kennedy is an executive whose career covers technical services, customer delivery, operations and business development across government, Fortune 500, startup and midsize organizations.
According to her LinkedIn profile, she founded a business advisory and leadership coaching firm for government contractors in 2024. She previously served as senior vice president at LMI, where she oversaw delivery, operations, profit and loss, and growth for the company’s intelligence market.
Kennedy also directed federal growth strategy at Torch.AI, led the intelligence division at E3 Federal Solutions as SVP and was executive VP at McIntire Solutions. Before that, she spent 18 years at Scitor, rising from analyst and team lead to sector VP of national services.
She began her career as a Department of the Army civilian supporting the U.S. Army’s Intelligence and Security Command and later worked as a program and budget analyst at Electronic Warfare Associates.
Kennedy holds the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Associate Certified Coach credentials.
Commenting on her appointment, Kennedy said she welcomes the chance to join an organization committed to its mission, employees and customers.
“I look forward to working with the DMS team and the broader CTC organization to build on its strengths and pursue new opportunities to deliver meaningful mission outcomes,” she said.
What Other Leadership Changes & Milestones Has CTC Announced?
Kennedy’s appointment follows several other leadership changes at CTC. In May, the company announced that Tim Tibbits would retire as VP of its engineering and advanced manufacturing division on June 30, with Hans DeViso named as his successor. CTC also appointed David Partsch as chief data and information officer, bringing a veteran technology and operations executive onto its leadership team.
The leadership moves follow cybersecurity and contract milestones at the company. In July 2025, CTC achieved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2 after an independent third-party assessment. Two months earlier, the company secured contract options from the U.S. Marine Corps and the Defense Logistics Agency to support energy resilience, cybersecurity and advanced manufacturing efforts.
