Mishelle Pedenko Named Guidehouse Health Growth Lead

Guidehouse has appointed Mishelle Pedenko as health growth leader, a role covering the firm’s global health segment.

Pedenko will direct growth efforts spanning the provider, payer, federal health and life sciences practices, Guidehouse said in a LinkedIn post Friday. She will work with commercial and federal leaders in advisory, technology, AI and managed services to bring combined offerings to market.

Federal health contracting priorities will be the focus at the Potomac Officers Club’s 2026 Healthcare Summit, convening Dec. 3 at the Hilton McLean in Virginia. Matthew Memoli, principal deputy director of the National Institutes of Health, will keynote, with panels covering how HHS, the Defense Health Agency and the Veterans Health Administration plan to acquire and apply digital tools and AI in fiscal 2027. What Experience Does Mishelle Pedenko Bring?

Pedenko has more than two decades of experience in healthcare strategy, business transformation, technology modernization, operations, revenue cycle transformation and managed services, according to Guidehouse.

She spent 14 years at Accenture, serving most recently as managing director and health provider business lead for the Midwest. She previously held managing director roles covering the provider and payer markets and led a health provider client portfolio.

Earlier, Pedenko worked at R1 RCM in revenue cycle operations and client management.

She holds a master’s degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and sits on the board of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Chicago chapter.
