AIX Tech Lands $225M DHA Acquisition Support IDIQ

AIX Tech has received a Defense Health Agency contract worth $225 million to provide acquisition and administrative support services for DHA.

The Department of War said Wednesday the DHA Enterprise Medical Services Contracting Division in San Antonio solicited the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract requirement through SAM.gov.

In July 2024, DHA issued a request for proposals for the contracting and acquisition support services IDIQ contract.

What Is the Scope of the DHA Contract?

Under the contract, AIX Tech will provide acquisition planning assistance, program management office support and engineering program management support. The company will also deliver procurement technician services, business operations and content management support.

Additional work includes computer analyst services as well as clerical and administrative support.

The IDIQ contract includes a five-year ordering period and runs through June 14, 2031.

DHA obligated fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award and expects work to occur in Colorado, Ohio, Virginia, Texas and California.

What Is AIX Tech?

AIX Tech is a Small Business Administration-approved joint venture of Amyx and VivSoft. The companies formed the joint venture in October 2022 under SBA’s Mentor-Protege Program.

The company supports government customers by providing application development, cloud migration, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, acquisition support and program management office services.
