Booz Allen Wins Largest Share of $392M USSOUTHCOM EDA IDIQ

Booz Allen Hamilton has secured the largest share of a newly awarded multiple-award contract vehicle supporting U.S. Southern Command’s enhanced domain awareness mission.

According to a notice posted on SAM.gov on Wednesday, the Army Contracting Command awarded Booz Allen a spot on the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, with a base and option value of $95.6 million.

What Is the Scope of the USSOUTHCOM EDA Contract?

The multiple-award IDIQ supports USSOUTHCOM’s J26 directorate and provides strategic and technical services for information operations and domain awareness, with task orders defining specific work, period of performance, pricing, labor categories and deliverables.

According to the solicitation document released in December 2025, contractors will provide personnel, tools and management necessary to support J26. It also outlines services related to mission support, command and control, and operational functions.

In addition to Booz Allen, the Army awarded IDIQ positions to four other companies:

Combined, the five awards carry a total ceiling value of approximately $391.6 million. All awardees will compete for future task orders.
