The Department of State has named the eight companies that have secured indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts to provide facility operations and maintenance services across agency buildings and sites across the United States.
How Will Contract Awardees Support the State Department?
Under the contracts, the companies will provide various support services to over 40 State Department facilities nationwide. Work will include plumbing, thermography and vibration analysis, thermal and moisture protection, grounds maintenance, custodial and janitorial services, snow and ice removal, systems repair and preventive maintenance, event support, technical support, and fuel receiving, storage and distribution.
The facilities covered by the IDIQ include firing ranges, gyms and pools.
The contract’s anticipated period of performance is 10 years, including options.
