The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency within the Department of Homeland Security plans to launch a competition for a blanket purchase agreement for a cybersecurity threat intelligence, or CTI, platform.
According to a notice published Friday on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System, CISA expects the proposed BPA to be worth between $50 million and $100 million and anticipates the release of a solicitation by Dec. 30.
Under the Threat Intelligence Enterprise Services CTI Platform requirement, CISA requires the platform to receive an authorization to operate.
The vendor will support assessment and authorization accreditation activities to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of the CTI Platform’s policies, documentation, security components, vulnerabilities and supplemental safeguards.
The single-award BPA also covers operation and sustainment support.
According to the APFS notice, work will be performed at the contractor’s site.
CISA plans to award the BPA by the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 and expects the requirement to conclude on April 19, 2029.
