DLA Issues Solicitation for Potential $11B Tech & Info Tailored Logistics Support Program

The Defense Logistics Agency has issued a solicitation for the Technology & Information Tailored Logistics Support Program, a global contract vehicle with an annual estimated value of $1.04 billion and a potential seven-year total of $7.3 billion. The program has a maximum ceiling of $11 billion, according to the combined synopsis and solicitation posted on SAM.gov on Thursday.

Contract Scope and Structure

The DLA is expected to award multiple firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts with a three-year base period and two two-year option periods. At least two awards will be made, with a maximum of seven, including a small business reserve for up to five contracts. The guaranteed minimum is a one-time obligation of $150,000 per awardee during the base period.

Contract work covers commercial products and incidental services for military commands, federal agencies and other authorized DLA customers worldwide. The scope includes special industry machinery; communications and detection equipment; photographic gear; and automatic data processing systems, software, supplies and support equipment.

Proposals are due by Oct. 15. The solicitation and related documents are available through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
