QinetiQ US has appointed Donna Wilson, a seasoned financial executive, as chief financial officer to help strengthen the company’s financial leadership as it advances strategic growth initiatives across national security and defense markets.
Expanding Presence in Persistent Surveillance, Maritime Systems & Other Key Markets
“Donna brings exceptional financial leadership and strategic vision that will be instrumental in driving our growth trajectory,” Tom Vecchiolla, president and CEO of QinetiQ US, said in a statement.
“Her proven track record of building high-performing teams, modernizing financial systems, and leading international operations positions us to enhance operational excellence while expanding our footprint across key markets including persistent surveillance, maritime systems, advanced sensors, and space and missile defense mission support,” added Vecchiolla, a two-time Wash100 awardee.
Wilson said she is excited to join the company and work with the leadership team to drive sustainable growth and strengthen its financial operations.

Who Is Donna Wilson?
Wilson has over three decades of leadership experience in federal government contracting and international markets.
She previously served as CFO at Top Aces and ST Engineering iDirect.
The certified Project Management Professional and Advanced ScrumMaster spent 15 years at Unisys Federal Systems, where she held finance leadership roles, including division CFO, controller and P&L leader.
Wilson has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Le Moyne College.
