The Fairfax, Virginia-based company said Wednesday that Maxwell, backed by over 25 years of experience in government contracting, has a proven track record of driving revenue growth across the IT, aerospace, defense and professional services sectors.
Bill Maxwell’s Career Achievements
Maxwell most recently served as a consulting CFO for the Government Contractor Financial Consulting Services, where he guided ERP integration for a post-IPO contractor and provided crisis management services for an international IT firm.
The executive also held the CFO role at various companies, including the Jefferson Solutions Group, ERP International, IronBrick and MVM – government-focused contractors with revenue ranging from $35 million to $170 million. Across these roles, Maxwell led mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration, created a shared services team, rebuilt a finance department and developed ERPs and cloud-based systems, among other key responsibilities.
Maxwell spent over eight years at CALIBRE, helping the company expand its business from $68 million to $170 million in annual revenue. He served as executive vice president and CFO, VP and director of finance and accounting, and consulting controller. Early in his career, Maxwell served as a controller for Allied Technology Group, Aurora Flight Sciences and Inrange Technologies.
