CBRE Contract Scope
The nine-year, $950 million ceiling contract covers design-build, sustainment, maintenance, repair, renovation and minor construction projects across federal and military sites, CBRE said Monday. The 700th Contracting Squadron at Kapaun Air Station, Germany, competitively awarded the contract, which runs through July 21, 2030, with four one-year options and a six-month option period that could extend work through July 21, 2034.
“This award reinforces our commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-effective, design-build infrastructure solutions that directly support the mission of our military customers globally,” said Patrick Roddy, sector president of CBRE Government & Defense Services. “With deep experience across Europe and a proven track record in executing complex construction projects, our teams are ready to meet the evolving needs across dynamic environments for the Department of Defense.”
Under the contract, CBRE will supply materials, labor, engineering support and all necessary resources to complete a broad scope of residential and commercial construction tasks. The work is expected to have a direct impact on real property throughout the region.
