NGA Awards $652M Erebus Contract to Lockheed Martin

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency has awarded the $652 million Erebus contract to Lockheed Martin on Monday.

Erebus Contract Scope & Details

According to an award notice published on SAM.gov, the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, known as consolidated analytic orchestration services, or CAOS, II when it was initially posted, covers integration, release train management, governance, deployment, operations and maintenance, and development of orchestration services, or OrcServ, capabilities.

Under the agreement, the company will provide the required services for existing and newly developed OrcServ capabilities from third-party vendors. The deal includes an initial task cost-plus-award-fee, time and materials, and cost-reimbursement

The Erebus contract was awarded as a single-award IDIQ, with an initial task order issued under a cost-plus-award-fee, time and materials, and cost-reimbursement structure.
