Dynetics’ Army Contract Scope
The Department of Defense said Wednesday the Army Contracting Command at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama conducted an internet solicitation and received one offer for the cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price contract.
Work will occur in Alabama, Minnesota and Pennsylvania through July 30, 2026.
The service will obligate $128 million in Army research, development, test and evaluation funds for fiscal year 2025.
IFPC is a mobile, ground-based weapon system designed to protect fixed- and semi-fixed assets from unmanned aerial systems, cruise missiles, rockets, artillery and mortars.

The IDIQ contract includes low-rate initial production, full-rate production and support services and covers the initial procurement of 18 IFPC Increment 2 launchers.
The undefinitized contract order has a total value of $204 million, with $99 million obligated immediately upon award of the IDIQ contract.
