Antenna Research Associates Appoints Ash Srivastava as CFO

Antenna Research Associates has named Ash Srivastava as chief financial officer, Citybiz reported.

Srivastava, who brings more than two decades of experience in financial management, will oversee the company’s financial strategy and operations and contract compliance as it advances strategic growth initiatives.

“Ash brings deep expertise in financial leadership and a strong track record of supporting growth and operational excellence,” said CEO Logen Thiran. “His experience will help ARA continue executing on its strategy and delivering value to our customers and stakeholders.”

Who Is Ash Srivastava?

Srivastava most recently served as executive vice president and CFO at kSARIA Interconnect, where he helped lead a $208 million revenue expansion over a five-year period. He also managed the financial integration of four acquisitions and formalized financial operating procedures across the company’s divisions.

In his new role at ARA, Srivastava will manage financial strategy, accounting, financial planning and analysis, and budgeting, while overseeing government contracts and compliance and supporting enterprise resource planning and information technology systems.

Srivastava, a certified management accountant, holds a doctorate in finance from the University of Toronto. He also earned a master’s degree in finance from Concordia University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science in India.
