Alutiiq Operations Services Secures $464M Air Force Maintenance Contract

The U.S. Air Force has awarded Alutiiq Operations Services a $464.1 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the maintenance and repair of Tinker Air Force Base facilities and infrastructure in Oklahoma.

The firm-fixed-price contract was awarded following a competitive acquisition process, in which four proposals were received, the Department of Defense said Monday. The Air Force obligated $15,000 from fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award. Work is set to be completed by Aug. 2, 2031.

Alutiiq specializes in providing facilities maintenance, base operations support and janitorial services to the DOD and other federal agencies.

Tinker AFB Facility Maintenance Contract Award to KTH Services JV

Besides Alutiiq, KTH Services JV, a subsidiary of the Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corp., was also awarded a contract, worth $419.4 million, for base operations and facility maintenance at Tinker AFB, with the period of performance concluding on Sept. 30, 2031. The contract was acquired competitively, with four proposals submitted. The Air Force obligated $301,308 in fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance appropriations funds at the time of the award.

The Air Force Sustainment Center at Tinker AFB is the primary contracting authority for both awards.
