The Naval Facilities Systems Command Northwest has issued a notice seeking information on interested vendors for the Waterfront Multiple Award Construction Contract, with a potential value of $700 million.
According to the notice posted on SAM.gov Wednesday, the WF MACC covers the services for the repair and construction of facilities at multiple government installations in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska and Wyoming. The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity includes services for new construction and renovation projects, such as design, repair, supervision and labor, and the procurement of materials and equipment.

The contract’s not-to-exceed value is $700 million, while task orders are anticipated to be between $100,000 and $2 million. NAVFAC is expected to conduct the work in Washington State.
Under the MAAC, projects utilize both Design-Bid-Build, or DBB, and Design-Build, or DB, methods. All business entities are encouraged to participate in the solicitation. Interested large businesses are required to include a subcontracting plan involving a small business.
Responses to the request for information will be accepted until July 9.
