J&J Worldwide Services, a CBRE government and defense business, has secured a spot on the Installation Management Command Europe, or IMCOM-E, custodial services multiple award task order contract, or MATOC, valued at up to $220 million.
In a statement published Wednesday, the company said it will provide commercial custodial services to U.S. Army garrisons, or USAGs, in Germany and installations within the European Theater under the IMCOM-E MATOC.
“This award underscores our continued commitment to delivering high-quality, mission-critical services to the U.S. Army. With our extensive experience in facility management and operations, we are prepared to meet the unique challenges of servicing these geographically dispersed locations while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, compliance and operational readiness,” said Patrick Roddy, CEO of J&J Worldwide Services.
MATOC Scope
Under the MATOC contract, J&J will cover several areas, including USAGs in Germany: Rhineland-Pfalz, Wiesbaden, Stuttgart and Bavaria, and installations in Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria and Romania.
The performance frequency of services will depend on facility usage and required cleaning standards in compliance with the laws, regulations and directives of local authorities, host nations and the United States.
The performance period will run from Feb. 1, 2025, to Jan. 31, 2036.
