Yuly’s bio on the DecisionPoint website cited his experience from previous work in financial reporting and strategizing, pricing, compliance and mergers and acquisitions. At Agile Defense, he managed the financial elements of four M&A deals including due diligence, integration and synergy geared at cost and operational efficiencies.
