The new BWXT EVP has been with the company for over four years. LeMasters joined in 2020 as senior VP and chief strategy officer, supervising the company’s growth strategy across the space, nuclear medicine, clean energy, environmental and national security sectors. He then served as SVP and CFO for three years before his recent promotion. In addition, he was part of the company’s board of directors from 2015 to 2020.
Before joining the manufacturing and engineering contractor, LeMasters was a managing director at investment firm Blue Harbour Group for almost nine years. He also worked as a partner at Theleme Partners and The Children’s Investment Fund.
LeMasters, earlier in his career, served as an analyst for Morgan Stanley and Forstmann Little & Co and a VP at Highbridge Capital Management.
