CGI Federal has finalized its acquisition of Aeyon in a transaction that broadens its portfolio of digital transformation offerings and support services for U.S. federal civilian and national security agency customers.
Enlightenment Capital-backed Aeyon provides data management, artificial intelligence, analytics and intelligent automation capabilities for the U.S. military, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, NASA and the Federal Aviation Administration and other government clients, CGI Federal said Friday.
“This merger enhances our capabilities and reinforces our shared dedication to helping our clients advance their missions,” said Stephanie Mango, president of CGI Federal and a 2024 Wash100 awardee.
The U.S. government arm of CGI (NYSE: GIB) first announced the transaction in July.
“By combining our strengths, we are poised to offer an even broader range of solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients and create greater opportunity for our employees,” said Sunny Singh, president and CEO of Aeyon.
