A notice posted Monday on SAM.gov states that the bomber agile common hangar will comprise a single-story structural steel-framed hangar bay and support spaces, including a single-story shop side and a two-story administration side to be built as a steel-framed system.
The hangar bay will also include private offices, administrative space, breakroom and storm shelter and hazardous material storage space.
The construction project is potentially worth between $250 million and $500 million and is estimated to conclude after four years.
