Eight companies have secured spots on a potential $3 billion multiple-award contract to construct and repair facilities within Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command’s Southwest area of responsibility.
The contractors will support the construction, repair and renovation of commercial and government facilities at various naval bases under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Ninety percent of work will occur in California and the rest will take place in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico.
