Tyto Athene has appointed John Coleman, former President of Peraton’s citizen security and public services sector, as chief operating officer, and named Michael Polmar, formerly chief growth officer at Bart & Associates, as CGO.
Coleman will oversee Tyto’s business operations and guide strategic initiatives across the enterprise, while Polmar will implement business strategies to drive organic growth for the company, the Arlington Capital-backed federal systems integrator said Tuesday.
“Michael and John bring extensive experience and a business strategy acumen that makes them an invaluable addition to our executive team,” said Dennis Kelly, CEO of Tyto Athene.
At Peraton, Coleman oversaw a $1.8 billion business sector and managed the delivery of mission and enterprise information technology services to the federal civilian market.
His industry career includes roles such as president of the investigative services group at OMNIPLEX World Services and vice president of information and mission solutions at PAE National Security Solutions.
Polmar was chief executive and CGO at PCI Technology and founder of Growth Partners Solutions, which merged with two other companies to form corporate growth advisory firm Catapult Growth Partners.
