DHS to Release Solicitation for Recompete CISA Engineering & Operations Support Contract

The Department of Homeland Security is planning to release a final request for proposals for a recompete contract potentially worth over $100 million to provide enterprise engineering and operations support services to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
The CEEOSS contract covers the provision of enterprise technology services strategy and architecture, technology evaluation and integration, engineering and technical implementation and program and project management services to CISA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer, according to a notice posted on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System.
Under the contract, Sev1Tech was tasked with building a modern information technology infrastructure, migrating CISA systems to the cloud and creating mobility and collaboration platforms.
DHS anticipates releasing the final solicitation for the contract on Aug. 19, with award expected in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025.
