Ten small businesses have secured spots on a potential $4.1 billion multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide health care environmental cleaning services at various medical treatment facilities operated by the Defense Health Agency.
The contractors will help the DHA carry out disinfection and aesthetic maintenance of Military Health System settings, including military clinics, hospitals and medical centers, the Department of Defense said Friday.
HEC operations include planning, scheduling, cost accounting, report preparation and submission, records maintenance, quality control and performance management.

DHA received 13 bids for the IDIQ and will obligate $2,500 to each awardee using fiscal 2024 operations and maintenance funds.
