Frontgrade Technologies has appointed Kevin Fox, former chief financial officer of Thermon Group Holdings, as CFO and Allen Couture, formerly executive vice president of execution excellence at Mercury Systems (Nasdaq: MRCY), as chief operating officer.
Fox and Couture will join Frontgrade’s leadership team and succeed outgoing CFO Conrad Gagnon and COO Neil Dial, respectively, following the conclusion of an executive search, the company said Thursday.
Fox most recently oversaw finance strategy and led accounting, corporate development and information technology functions at Thermon Group.
Before that, he held roles of increasing responsibility in finance at General Electric for 13 years.
Couture previously spent 10 years at Raytheon, now a subsidiary of RTX (NYSE: RTX), where he served as VP of operations and security within the missiles and defense division.
Prior to joining Raytheon, he worked for companies including Ford Motor Company, Bombardier Aerospace and Hawker Beechcraft.
