VTG has moved to expand its portfolio of digital transformation platforms and cloud services for defense and intelligence community customers through its acquisition of Vana Solutions.
Vana Solutions is a Dayton, Ohio-based company founded by Srujal Sheth and Sunit Sheth in 2005 and is focused on delivering cloud services, advanced analytics, data fabric platforms and other technology offerings in support of mission-critical national security programs, VTG said Monday.
Vana helps the U.S. Air Force and other military agencies address national security challenges through its proprietary tech platforms, including epicAgile, TurboKT, vKesi and vIOLA.
“Vana is a perfect cultural and strategic fit. It adds deep digital domain expertise, bolsters our portfolio of differentiated technologies, and expands our market presence to the U.S. Air Force – especially to the key commands headquartered or operating from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base,” said John Hassoun, president and CEO of VTG.
