ICF will design and implement a comprehensive energy efficiency program, including incentive programs and retrofit packages for existing homes and identifying emerging strategies and applications for energy savings. ICF will also help develop incentives and provide marketing support to encourage the implementation of ENERGY STAR® lighting, appliances, electronics, HVAC equipment, and water heaters in residences, including multifamily homes.
