He is tasked with the oversight of Sierra Space’s proliferated low Earth orbit systems segment. Responsibilities include managing the product line, handling new business acquisition efforts, overseeing program execution and providing leadership to PLEO teams.
Collier spearheaded the product development initiatives within the company’s space transportation sector in his most recent role. He earlier served as senior director of national security space.
Before joining Sierra Space in 2020, Collier accumulated over a decade of experience at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), where he held a range of roles relating to engineering and product development.
His professional career also encompasses engineering roles in various companies between 1998 and 2008.
