Deborah Youmans, former vice president and deputy chief information officer at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), has been named CIO at not-for-profit research and development organization Mitre.
She will supervise more than 400 IT professionals within Mitre’s enterprise computing and information systems unit, the non-for-profit research and development company said Monday.
Her key responsibility areas will include innovation and experimentation, information security, business and knowledge services and enterprise IT and sector operations.
Youmans held a 17-year career at Booz Allen that included duties as deputy CIO for the past two years. Earlier in her career, she served in project management roles at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) and American Management Systems.
