She is now responsible for overseeing the Global Technology Solutions organization and developing firmwide technology strategy, Carlyle said Tuesday.
In addition, the executive will work to strengthen the firm’s technology supplier partnerships and provide insight to portfolio companies.
Soares’ career includes more than 25 years of serving in strategic technology leadership positions. She joined Carlyle in 2019 and has held a number of roles such as board director of Hexaware and other Carlyle investments since then.
Prior to moving to Carlyle, she was with Health204 and Johnson & Johnson.
