Through its purchase of iDoxSolutions Inc., a Bethesda, Maryland-based information technology and management consulting company, B&A will provide federal, state and local government customers with more advanced IT offerings. iDox will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the McLean, Virginia-headquartered IT services company.
Founded in 2000, iDoxSolutions has expertise in enterprise content and records management, as well as data analytics. The company employs an Agile-based rapid development approach and caters to service requirements of the departments of Defense, State and Justice, the General Services Administration and other government customers.
“This acquisition represents a significant step forward in our mission to provide our clients with consistent person-centric services to help fulfill their mission,” said Jonathan Evans, president and CEO of B&A. “By combining our expertise and resources, we are well-positioned to continue to drive innovation and create even greater value for our customers.”
He is also grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with iDox President Mike Brant on efforts to achieve their “shared vision for the future.”
“Together, we will deliver a broader array of capabilities enabling us to solve a wider set of mission-critical problems for our customers while also providing new opportunities for our talented team members to continue serving those customers,” remarked Brant.
B&A sees the acquisition as a significant milestone as it is a first since it partnered with Battle Investment Group in 2022.
