BlueHalo has appointed Mary Clum as corporate executive vice president and sector general manager, and named Mark McNeely as chief administrative officer.
The executive promotions come as BlueHalo aims to position itself to bring critical technology products and services in key mission areas, the company said Thursday.
Mary Clum
Clum most recently served as BlueHalo’s VP of technical solutions and systems before she was promoted to her new roles. As sector general manager, she will lead the product innovation and manufacturing division, which includes the company’s Labs Innovation Center.
Mark McNeely
McNeely was also elevated from his prior role as senior vice president for contracts and procurement. His new responsibilities will encompass proposals, contracting, risk management, legal, insurance and real estate functions.
“Mark has led BlueHalo through complex contracting and procurement successes while Mary has led teams that are pioneering many of our directed energy and space technology advancements,” said Jonathan Moneymaker, BlueHalo CEO and a previous Wash100 Award recipient.
