David Joslin, a three-decade government technology market veteran, has joined CGI’s (NYSE: GIB) federal group as a senior vice president and lead for its business sector that serves the Department of Health and Human Services and the Defense Health Agency, according to a LinkedIn post.
Prior to Array, he held senior leadership positions at Mission Capture and KaylaTek and served in CEO roles at Link Solutions and Information International Associates.
Joslin spent 21 years at Perot Systems, where he served as executive VP and general manager with oversight of the company’s cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and application services programs.
He also served as a budget analyst at the Department of Defense earlier in his career.
